Resumen

The quality of working life is directly related to the general well-being of people. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the scientific production on the quality of working life in the Scopus database between 2004 – 2023. The method used corresponds to a Scoping review in which manuscripts published between 2004 and 2023 were analyzed. For the search, descriptors such as quality of work life, quality of life at work, quality of working life, and work-related quality of life were used and combined in the Scopus search engine, 2004-2023. The results included 2367 documents, of which 88.7% were original articles. Constant growth in the number of articles was observed throughout the study period, especially since 2019, when production exceeded 200 articles per year. The United States has the highest scientific production, 14.2%. The journal with the most significant publications was the Journal Of Environmental Research. Among the clusters of more significant impact is research on the quality of working life and attitude, communication, and psychosocial risks. It is concluded that research on the quality of working life has significantly increased. This knowledge is mainly driven by authors of North American origin and with emerging trends towards attitude, communication, and psychosocial risks.
