Resumen
We described the experience of teachers and students, within a non-contact class environment and the importance of the use of information technologies (IT) in this new educational modality. We carry out an exhaustive bibliographic review on the competences of teachers when planning and executing their classes, incorporating information technologies as a natural part of their activities in times of pandemic. To do this, we take into account keywords related to the study, which have served as a reference when searches have been carried out in academic Google, after which the journals for scientific study have been filtered and selected based on whether they are published in indexed journals. Due to the pandemic, educational institutions in many countries and in Peru have had to close their doors as a preventive measure against contagion of the virus, this has generated a series of changes in the educational modality, it seeks to analyze the situation of the teacher and their level knowledge the use of technology as a fundamental part of their skills in the teaching and learning process of students. It is concluded that teachers have difficulties adapting to change and that the knowledge and use of IT is important and for an application of quality pedagogical content in non-contact classes, a prompt and adequate intervention is necessary to strengthen the use of IT.
