N2 - The study includes the development and implementation of a method called TDevOps organized in 4 stages: identifying requirements, aligning TOGAF in its phases with the DevOps culture, developing and applying the method in an analyzed case study in a Software Development organization where the good practices of TOGAF and the DevOps culture were used. The method considered the phases B, C, and D of TOGAF after analysis and validation of the framework with the needs and strategy of the organization; likewise, components of the DevOps culture were considered concerning continuous integration and deployment, after identifying the requirements for the collaboration of the stakeholders involved in the software development process. For the respective tests, 3 large-scale projects were considered, and the execution of the method was carried out in the implementation and deployment phases of the software development process. The results were based on indicators such as the number of errors identified in the release, the reduction of the delivery time in the integration phase, and continuous deployment, where after the application of the method, they improved significantly in favor of the study. It was concluded that the method helped the communication, collaboration and integration of the teams involved in the software development of the selected projects and this in turn contributed to the fulfillment of the organization's business strategy.
