- Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publicación, A Systematic Review of the Application of Maturity Models in Universities(2020-10-01); ;Sandro Paz Collado; A maturity model is a widely used tool in software engineering and has mostly been extended to domains such as education, health, energy, finance, government, and general use. It is valuable for evaluations and continuous improvement of business processes or certain aspects of organizations, as it represents a more organized and systematic way of doing business. In this paper, we only focus on college higher education. For this reason, we present a novel approach that allows detecting some gaps in the existing maturity models for universities, as they are not models that address the dimensions in their entirety. To identify these models and their validities, as well as a classification of models that were identified in universities, we carried out a systematic literature review on 27,289 articles retrieved with respect to maturity models and published in peer-reviewed journals between 2007 and 2020. We found 23 articles that find maturity models applied in universities, through exclusion and inclusion criteria. We then grouped these items into nine categories with specific purposes. We concluded that maturity models used in Universities move towards agility, which is supported by the semantic web.43 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publicación, Implementing the RECONAC Marketing Strategy for the Interaction and Brand Adoption of Peruvian University Students(2021-02-28) ;Jorge Sánchez-Garcés; ; ;Himer Ávila-GeorgeIn marketing, there is a notable lack of models, which leads to the loss of potential customers since there is no feedback for improvement in the marketing strategy. In the face of the Internet revolution, this study used digital channels and interaction to achieve potential customer retention through a Funnel; this allowed a potential client to go through the acquisition, conversion, and retention stages. In addition, activities were developed that allow the potential user to become a retained client. Thus, considering the stages of a marketing strategy, a non-probabilistic sample was used, composed of a pre-test period with 1088 users and a post-test period with 1450 users. Overall, there was a significant improvement in the time a client remained observing the website per session, with a 20.6% efficiency; furthermore, there was a 36.25% efficiency increase of the user conversion process per session in the digital channel. Likewise, a 46.43% efficiency increase was measured in visits to the digital channel, which confirms that the proposed marketing strategy significantly improves previous marketing strategies. Therefore, it is concluded that the proposal based on the elements of insight aligned with the measurement proposed by Google Analytics Key Performance Indicators, which was used to test and observe the improvements to continue the feedback, taking advantage of the characteristic of the digital channel with its two-way participation.4
