Abstract
The main objective of this research was to examine the implications of Covid-19 in comparison with other diseases and its impact on the Peruvian economy. A descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach was used, and data collection was carried out through documentary analysis and the description and interpretation of the state of the art. The results revealed that the Peruvian economy has experienced a significant impact because of Covid-19 compared to other diseases.
