Introduction: The willingness to consume healthy foods has highlighted the growing importance of health, even more so when it comes to food choice, and predicting the willingness to consume foods of a healthy brand represents an action that leads to the practice of conscious eating habits, but what is behind this willingness? To answer this question and based on previous studies such as the theory of planned behavior and nutritional literacy, this study aimed to build a predictive model through an empirical study to examine the influence of nutritional literacy (NL) on attitude (ATT), subjective norm (SN) and perceived behavioral control (PBC), as well as to determine the influence of the three variables of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) on the willingness to consume healthy brand foods (WCHBF) in the Peruvian market. Methods: The research focused on the population that stated that they were consumers of the Unión brand (a brand whose value proposition is the sale of healthy foods), obtaining 482 consumers. The study was conducted under a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional design approach. Results: The results support the existence of a positive and significant effect of NL on ATT, SN, and PBC, finding the exact behavior of SN and PBC in WCHBF; however, in the proposed model, it is observed that ATT has no impact on WCHBF. Conclusion: Applying strategies that lead to a change in consumer behavior towards healthy brands is a matter of time and will. In this context, the findings indicate that nutritional literacy plays an essential role in the willingness to consume healthy foods, which sheds more light on the design of educational interventions and awareness campaigns that independently inform about nutritional benefits and empower consumers, allowing them to make informed and healthy choices.

Relationship marketing is a concept that focuses not only on increasing the volume of relationship transactions, but also on improving consumer perception. Therefore, this research aimed to evaluate the influence of relationship marketing dimensions on brand love. An explanatory study was conducted considering 417 participants who confirmed their affiliation with a bank. Adults aged between 18 and 52 years participated in the study. Data were collected using a self-administered relationship marketing and brand love form, obtaining an adequate measurement model (α = between 0.842 and 0.908; CR = between 0.905 and 0.942; AVE = 0.679 and 0.845; VIFs = between 1.638 and 2.802). The theoretical model was evaluated using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. According to the results, the hypotheses were confirmed, demonstrating the positive influence of trust (β = 0.40), commitment (β = 0.08), communication (β = 0.12), and conflict management (β = 0.08) on brand love. These results demonstrated that trust, as a dimension of relationship marketing, guarantees a greater contribution to the structural model. The implementation of relationship marketing practices and strategies that emphasize trust by banks can strengthen brand love and foster developing markets in an emerging economy. Although previous studies have analyzed some factors that influence brand love, the topic has not been examined from a relationship marketing perspective, which provides valuable insights for the banking industry, stakeholders, academy, and leaders in business administration.

Introduction: Despite gratitude's potential to promote wellbeing and performance in organizational settings, its role in the workplace is understudied. Although the literature indicates few attempts to develop scales for evaluating this construct in North America, no Spanish version exists to assess the validity and reliability of these scales in other contexts. This study aimed to translate into Spanish, adapt, and analyze the validity and reliability of a scale to evaluate gratitude toward the organization in Peruvian teachers. Methods: An instrumental study was carried out through convenience sampling. A sample of 448 Regular Basic Education teachers from a private educational network that has an important presence in the three regions of Peru was used. The analyses were performed using the Covariance Structural Equation Model (CB-SEM) with the AMOS 24 statistical software. Results: Confirmatory Factor Analysis provided model fit indices (2 factors) between excellent and acceptable (CMIN/DF = 2.872; CFI = 0.983; SRMR = 0.028; RMSEA = 0.064; Pclose = 0.031). It also demonstrated good internal consistency (α = 0.890 and 0.953; CR = 0.895 and 0.954; AVE = 0.682 and 0.721). Discussion: The results of this study support this measurement scale as a two-dimensional tool that can be used in business practice to measure gratitude in organizations and study the effectiveness of interventions related to wellbeing and gratitude in the workplace.

Various corporate groups, such as third-sector institutions in Latin America, have shown increasing interest in evaluating organizational performance as a possible strategy for increasing their effectiveness and competitiveness. From this perspective, this study analyzes the psychometric properties of a scale that assesses organizational performance in third-sector institutions in Latin America. The design was instrumental. The sample consisted of 355 workers from nine Latin American countries, recruited through non-probability sampling. A validity and reliability analysis of the scale confirmed the items and original factors. In this sense, the accessibility and use of a brief and useful tool for measuring organizational performance enriches knowledge about organizational theory by facilitating the comparison and validation of existing approaches or even by suggesting new dimensions that reflect the dynamic complexity of current organizations in Latin America.

Workers' job satisfaction benefits the organization, which constitutes a competitive advantage. This is why the Quality of Work Life (QoWL) study has gained relevance in recent years. For this reason, various scales have been developed to evaluate this organizational variable constantly. However, to date, there is no evidence in the scientific literature of a Spanish version that evaluates the validity and reliability of these scales in a Peruvian context. Thus, this study aimed to translate into Spanish and adapt and analyze the validity and reliability of a scale to assess the quality of work life in Peruvian teachers based on Walton's model. For this purpose, 457 regular basic education teachers from a private educational network located in the three regions of Peru were surveyed. The analyses used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS 24 statistical software. Confirmatory Factor Analysis provided an excellent fit model of eight factors and 31 elements (CMIN/DF = 2.351; CFI = 0.955; SRMR = 0.062; RMSEA = 0.054; Pclose = 0.052). It also demonstrated good internal consistency (α = between 0.806 and 0.938; CR = between 0.824 and 0.939; AVE = between 0.547 and 0.794). These results contribute to the study of QoWL in Peru.

Economic challenges are a latent reality in emerging economies such as Peru, and the growth capacity of entrepreneurs depends largely on certain factors, such as education and financial inclusion. To delve deeper into these factors, this study aims to analyze the association between micro-business performance, education, and financial inclusion, as well as to evaluate the mediating role of financial inclusion in the association between financial education and micro-business performance. The study was of an explanatory design. The research focused on owners, business owners, general managers, and other administrators of micro-businesses who could provide information on the performance of the companies. The results showed a statistically significant positive association between micro-business performance, education, and financial inclusion. It was also proven that financial inclusion is positively associated with micro-business performance, and it was also proven that financial inclusion has a mediating role in the association between financial education and micro-business performance. While these relationships are meaningful, the moderate explanatory power of the model (R2 = 0.370–0.488) suggests that financial education and financial inclusion are important but partial contributors to business outcomes in this context. In conclusion, entrepreneurs with stronger financial knowledge appear to be better positioned to navigate business challenges and leverage financial systems, which may contribute to improved micro-business performance indicators.
