    The objective of this study was to determine the differences in attitudes towards vaccination according to sex, age group, educational level, and occupation in a Peruvian sample. This research study is empirical with an associative strategy using a comparative design. In total there were 786 participants, 337 (43%) males and 449 (53%) females, between 18 and 70 years of age. The results were described with favorable attitude towards vaccination, those who had a higher attitude were males, as well as people in the age groups called adult and elderly, who reported favorably towards vaccination, also, statistically significant differences were observed in terms of educational level, where high values were recorded for those participants who have higher education (graduates, teachers and doctors), regarding occupation it was observed that health professionals lead the most favorable approach to vaccination. In addition, the psychometric properties of the instruments used in this research were favorably evaluated. In conclusion, it was possible to know the attitude towards vaccination with a higher percentage of acceptance towards the vaccine against covid-19, as well as a higher acceptance by adult males and in people with a higher university education level and, finally, it was reported that health professionals, educators and higher education students showed a greater openness and favorable attitude towards vaccination.

    Green Economy as a Driver of Corporate Social Responsibility: Opportunities and Challenges for MSEs
    This research addresses the difference between the green economy and corporate social responsibility (CSR), focusing on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSEs) that produce textiles such as fabrics, clothing, footwear, and services in eastern Lima, Peru. In a global scenario where sustainability has become an essential pillar of economic, social, and environmental development, it is essential to understand how green economy concepts can be incorporated into local business activities. Given the significant role of MSEs in the national economy and their impact on employment and the social fabric, these companies face the challenge of balancing economic growth with responsible and sustainable practices. This study begins with a central question: how can sustainable economic practices promote CSR in this business sector? Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes how the green economy acts as a driver of CSR in MSEs, as well as the degree of connection between the green economy and the implementation of social responsibility policies and actions in these companies. The results indicate a strong relationship between the two concepts (R2 = 0.91), suggesting that the green economy may be an important factor in promoting social and environmental commitment within these organizations. In conclusion, the green economy represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen CSR in MSMEs, providing economic, social, and environmental benefits, although it also entails challenges related to resources, knowledge, and organizational adaptation. This integration could be crucial for sustainable development at both the local and national levels.

    Introducción: La calidad de educación superior está estrechamente vinculada con la capacidad de los estudiantes de hacer ciencia en todos los niveles y participar en proyectos de investigación. Objetivo: El estudio presentó como objetivo determinar la capacidad de predicción de las competencias y actitudes sobre la motivación investigativa en estudiantes universitarios. Metodología: Esta investigación abordó un diseño predictivo, transversal y no experimental, participaron 484 estudiantes entre 18 y 57 años (M =22.40; DE = 6.07), el 62.6% fueron mujeres, 86% fueron de pregrado y 88.8% de universidades privadas. Resultados: Se realizó el análisis de la estructura factorial de los instrumentos como procedimiento inicial y los resultados revelaron que el modelo explicativo tuvo índices de ajustes aceptables χ2 (7) = 17.5, ρ = <.001, RMSEA = .056, SRMR = .031, CFI = .979; además, se evidencia que existe relación significativa entre las variables y dimensiones (ρ < .050). Se confirmaron las hipótesis sobre el efecto en la motivación investigativa de las competencias, b = .13, p = .010, y de las actitudes, b = .69, p < .001. Discusión: A partir de estos datos las universidades deben fortalecer los programas de participación en investigación de los estudiantes universitarios enfocadas en la obtención de competencias. Conclusiones: Se concluye que las competencias y actitudes predicen la motivación por la investigación y explican 56% de su variabilidad.

    The vine is a crop affected by various pests and diseases. Being the oidium produced by Erysiphe necator one of the most important. Generally the farmer, due to lack of knowledge makes an inappropriate use of fungicides, which is harmful, since the intensive use (and sometimes excessive) of chemical products has had negative effects on the environment and the quality of life of human populations. That is why the present investigation set out to develop a clean technology with the use of antagonistic fungi Trichoderma viride for the control of E. necator in the Italian vine variety in field conditions. Two treatments were performed in parallel. The first consisted of the exclusive use of T. viride, and the second of the exclusive use of chemical products. Sanitary applications were given once a week, from the phenological stage of inflorescence until berry ripening. By the other hand the chemical treatment consisted of five applications with fungicides of different active ingredients. The variables evaluated were incidence and severity of oidium in leaves and clusters. The treatment with exclusive use of T. viride presented an average efficiency of 92% in the leaves and 81% in clusters. This data is very useful for farmers, since the possibility of using a biological controller as another less invasive and harmful alternative in the control of E. necator. Therefore, T. viride can be a good strategy if it is applicator in the first phenological stages. So to ensure its functioning, a correct application dose, good maintenance of the backpack sprayer, and proper handling of the canopy must be taken into account. Also is suggested to extend the study using native Trichoderma strains as well as to implement other beneficial microorganisms.

    Modelo de Simulación de Inventario basado en Redes Neuronales Artificiales Supervisadas y Algoritmos Genéticos para Optimizar el Stock de Medicamentos de la Clínica Ricardo Palma
    (2014-06-06) ;
    Guillermo Mamani Apaza
    La presente investigacion tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo analitico de abastecimiento de medicamentos basado en redes neuronales artificiales que optimiza el inventario de los medicamentos del sector privado de salud. El tipo de investigacion es aplicada, descriptiva y propositiva. La unidad de analisis fue el volumen de venta semanal de medicamentos de los anos 2005 al 2009. Los resultados afirman que el modelo de red neuronal artificial concurrente tiene mayor precision en el pronostico frente a los modelos  estadisticos, series de tiempo y regresion lineal, lo cual permite planificar las compras de medicamentos y reducir el costo total. Palabras claves : Redes neuronales artificiales, Algoritmos geneticos, Optimizacion, Inventario.
